French Connection

In 2017, I worked as a Copywriter for French Connection. I wrote new season product descriptions, blog posts, category headers and refined the tone of voice.

During my time there, I reviewed the product descriptions using research by Mintel which showed that customers made buying decisions based on feel and touch. With this in mind, I integrated the feel and weight of the fabric into each product description using three keywords, a concept that the brand continues to adopt in their copy.
